We! company and High-Tech College have been leading Israeli IT industry for many years now. In a 6 years cooperation they have managed to create a model for training professional proficient personal in a relative short time. We! company has over 90 employees. The founders give credit to nothing but their training model allowing them to shape the work force of their company.

Since its beginning We! company have been locating and training IT engineers and software developers that later on found work both in We! and in other leading IT companies. Some of tem are lecturers in leading colleges in Israel.
